LinkedIn Copywriter (131)
18 May 2024
Description
Company Name: GrowedIn
Job Type: Full-Time & Remote
We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic copywriter who can help us write high-quality LinkedIn posts that match our clients’ taste, personality, and expectations.
Why work with GrowedIn?
I’d say, “Why not?”. On a serious note, here’s why:
- Self-growth: We put growth first, always. Money pays the bills. Growth builds confidence. Both are necessary.
- Micro-management: We hate it. Your manager will support you in the initial few weeks to help you get used to the system. Post that, we trust you. As long as you get the work done on time, we don’t need your minute-wise activity log.
- Impact: You don’t have to be in the leadership team to make an impact. One of our interns suggested we do a “fun” meeting every month. As a remote company, this was a great idea and we implemented it in less than 3 days.
Who will you work with?
You’ll be directly reporting to Aditi, the Head of Strategy and Communications. She has been into the space of content creation for a little over 3 years now and with the company for over a year.
You can check out her LinkedIn profile here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/negiaditi/
What will you do?
As a LinkedIn Copywriter, you will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing interesting and relevant content prompts for the client
- Creating exhaustive notes from recorded interviews
- Building and maintaining Personality Faces for different clients
- Engaging with others on LinkedIn via comments through client profiles
- Sending and accepting relevant connection requests
- Turning bits from interviews to ideas for LinkedIn posts
- Writing LinkedIn posts to match the clients’ tonality
Side note: We won’t restrict you to just this. There are multiple opportunities in the company that you can explore. Who knows, your dream work might be in store!
What outcomes will we expect?
Your goal will be to build clients’ digital reputation on LinkedIn by producing consistent high-quality LinkedIn posts that match their authentic personality.
You will be responsible for these specific outcomes:
1. Analyse & Research
You will start by studying the content interviews with clients to understand their tonality and style, as well as how they articulate their ideas. You will comprehend the clients’ goals on LinkedIn and conduct thorough internet research to gather all relevant information about them.
2. Write
Using the research gathered, you will create five posts per week for each of your five assigned clients.
3. Observe
You will monitor the performance of the posts on LinkedIn and keep an eye on similar accounts to gauge any emerging trends.
4. Implement Feedback
After receiving feedback from clients, you will make necessary iterations to the posts. Additionally, you’ll take note of recurring changes to improve future batches, with the aim of reducing the need for edits over time.
5. Acquire Basic Industry Knowledge
You will stay updated with basic terminology in clients’ industries and remain informed about major events and news relevant to their sectors.
6. Prepare Monthly Reports
You will assist your manager in compiling monthly performance reports. These reports will summarize the month’s content, provide a synopsis of LinkedIn analytics, and outline upcoming plans.
7. Engage
For up to two of the five clients you’re assigned, you will be required to drop 30 valuable and engaging comments using each client account, on specific profiles during a specified time.
What will you learn?
- An A-Z level understanding of how marketing agencies work and why most businesses fail to exist in the market for long
- Productivity hacks that will help you get more done in less time
- Communicating with almost anyone in the world to unlock awesome opportunities
- Anything else you want (No kidding, we let you take whatever course you want. That’s on us!)
When will you work?
From 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, with an hour-long lunch break, from Monday to Friday.
From 9:30 am to 1:30 pm on Saturdays, excluding the third Saturday of the month.
We recommend you log off as soon as the clock strikes 6:30 PM. All we ask for is timely submissions. We discourage you from working beyond office hours and on weekends. This also means you need not respond to emails, messages, or calls after work hours.
Where will you work?
From wherever you’d like to. A coffee shop near you, your comfy sofa, or out of a beach in Goa.
The only requirement is that you have a good Internet connection and a calm environment around you when you’re in meetings.
How much is the pay?
Month 1 (Internship mode) – 15,000 INR
Month 2 onwards (Full-time mode) – 30,000 INR
If your performance is satisfactory post the first month, we’ll switch to Full-time mode.
We also review your performance every 6 months and bump up your compensation depending on your performance.
P.S. – If you manage to close new business, you get a certain percentage as compensation for the same. (We’ll teach you how to do that!)
Do you get any perks or benefits?
Post your internship month, you get access to the following benefits:
- Access to your nearest WeWork or similar coworking spaces
- Mobile Plan (Calling + Internet)
- Therapy Sessions
- Fitness Allowance
- Swiggy One OR Zomato Pro
