Description
Looking for a freelancer to complete my WordPress. Most of the website is already completed, the freelancer would complete the website and mobile apps for the website. The scope of work is as follows:

•Adding Arabic RTL support to cater to our Arabic-speaking audience.
•Integrating marketing plugins to enhance our promotional efforts and drive traffic to the website.
•Implementation of web based mobile apps (android & IOS) to provide a seamless user experience on mobile devices.
•Implementing a review/rating system and a return/refund system to improve customer satisfaction.
•Adding Wishlist and compare products features to enhance the shopping experience.
•Revising and completion (About Us) page to provide information about our company and mission.
•Setting up and integrating live chat feature for real-time customer support.
•Integrating coupons feature to offer discounts and promotions to our customers.
•Implementing OTP (One-Time Password) features for enhanced security.
•Integrating analytics tools for tracking website traffic and user behavior.
•Integrating logistics integration APIs to streamline shipping and delivery processes.
•Reviewing and Updating website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
•Adding support for multiple currencies and a geolocator feature for localization.
•Implementing an SEO system/plugin to improve search engine visibility.
•Setting up a country taxes system to comply with local tax regulations.
•Optimizing the website for responsive mobile performance to ensure a seamless user experience across devices.
•Setup and Integrate social media accounts for enhanced engagement and visibility.
•Optimizing website performance by minimizing page load times and implementing caching mechanisms.
•Setting up RSS feed syndication for easy content distribution.
•Designing a custom 404 page to improve user experience when encountering broken links.
•Implementing a ticketing system for user support requests and feedback forms/surveys to gather user feedback and improve the support experience.
•Make sure website passes google speed check with score of minimum 80+mobile and 90+ desktop
•Setting up cookies collection and analysis system to track and personalize user experience.
•Unlimited revisions of all improvement works.
• Improvement of customer account to cover all ecommerce features including address, geolocation, preferred language & currency, Wishlist, order status, order tracking, return and refund, review etc.
