Description
We’re seeking a UI/UX designer to craft compelling user experiences, shaping the direction of our product. The perfect candidate possesses a keen aesthetic sense for web and app design, with exceptional UX design abilities. The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and should be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our web app.
- Work closely with the product manager, and developers to conceptualize, design and implement engaging and interactive features.
- Develop UI mockups, prototypes and user flows that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Conduct user research and testing to evaluate the usability and accessibility of the product.
- Apply design thinking and user-centered design methodologies to create intuitive and engaging user experiences
- Ensure the product meets the highest standards of quality, performance and accessibility.
- Design and develop various aspects of the product, such as characters, environments, assets, interfaces and animations.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
Qualification / Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, computer science or a related field.
- Solid Understanding of User-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and understanding of interactive design principles.
- Proficient use of design tools, including Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with InDesign, Animation tools, HTML, CSS, Webflow is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
