Responsibilities

· Go through JD

· Refer profiles who match the JD

· Coordinate Track

· Reach out to the Profiles

· Check the suitability of the profile and interest to apply

· Gather inputs from the profile

· Submit applications to the front office

Evaluation Process

Shortlisted candidates will have to do one assignment which involves:

· Finalizing the brief

· Sharing reference profiles
· Sharing point of view on how the search was done

· Sharing point of view on why the profiles were selected
· Putting together the format to the customer
· Sample communication to the customer

Qualification / Requirements

Qualifications · Hands on experience in tech hiring · 5 years+ of experience in tech hiring · 3 years + experience in tech hiring.
